How does this program work?
When you register for this next program, you will be emailed a summary of the course outline as well as a shipping confirmation email once I have sent my all-time favorite nutrition book to you.
A few days before the course begins, you will receive your course workbook, and pre and post health evaluation.
Throughout the course, you will receive 1 email each day where I will provide a 5-10 minute video discussing the topic of that day, as well as action items for you to complete as you follow along in your workbook.
At the end of this course, I will also provide recommendations for continuing your journey, and you will complete a post-program health evaluation to measure the improvement you’re already seeing in your health.
