Another record low in Wisconsin today, so I made up a batch of chili for dinner. This is a recipe I found ages ago, and then tweaked to our liking over time. It’s really yummy, pretty mild, and my hubby and baby gobble it up every time!
The other great thing about this recipe is that you can either throw all of the ingredients in a crock pot in the morning, and let it simmer all day on low, or you can cook it over the stove for a couple hours if you need it faster! Either way it is SUPER simple to throw together! [Read more…]
Today, the temperature was officially -10 degrees. Are you kidding me?! Well, I don’t know about you, but weather like that makes me CRAVE comfort food- what I’d love to do on a day like this is order pizza, watch a movie, and bake some cookies for dessert!
