I’m really excited to be back on the blog! It was nice to do that quick update post, but now I’m ready to get the ball rolling again with health and fitness posts!
I decided to structure my posts a little bit different this year. In the past, they’ve been primarily about nutrition, fitness, and personal development, but they weren’t really organized in any way, so I decided to dedicate a day each week to one of the topics I am passionate about!
So…starting next week, here’s what you can look forward to each week in terms of blog post topics
Sundays– Personal Development
Mondays– Progress Updates from My Current Workout Program
Fridays– Autoimmune Disorders
Saturdays– Stress Management and Beachbody Program Reviews
